FAQ
When does it ship?
We post every order within 7 days of the day you place it. If we do not, you get a full refund.
How does the refund work?
Simple. If your order is not posted within 7 days, we give you all of your money back. If our sample shows the buddies do not fit a ski helmet, we tell you before your order is posted and refund in full if you want. Write to hello@mochi.ski if you have any trouble.
Will it fit my helmet?
The covers are made to go over a ski helmet, and the ears fix on top of a helmet: the buddies on a quick-release velcro mount, the bows on a stick-on base and the curly ears on a quick-release mount. We check that the buddies fit a ski helmet when our sample arrives. We have no sizes yet, so if you are unsure, ask hello@mochi.ski before you order.
What is it made of?
The cat face cover and the bunny buddies are plush. The other materials are not confirmed yet.
Where does it ship?
To the US, the UK and Japan.
